Hello Adarsh,
Yes, you can. However, it is not the only way. To become a vehicle designer you need to choose a course which specializes in design and dynamics. Therefore, even if you opt for mechanical engineering you can be a designer. You need to master a few design concepts, dynamics of the vehicles, design software and do many projects in that area. That would portray you as a student who is much interested in designing and hence companies would eventually prefer you for the jobs. All the best!

The SNAP score cannot be predicted accurately since it's relative to the difficulty level of the exam. Though a score of 97 percentile is safe enough to get an interview call from SIBM-Pune.
