The basic criteria of eligibility needed for admission to the course is a higher secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification from a recognised educational board, with PCB and/ or math as the main subjects and a minimum aggregate score of 55%. Admission to the course is based on the candidates performance at the 10+2 level. Institutes offering the course admit students based on whether they meet the minimum, set cut- off scores at the 10+2.

You have to check with colleges abroad for recognition and equivalency of your Diploma. Email them.

If you want to do B.Sc. computer science, read this:
- You should have completed 10+2 or its equivalent examination with physics, chemistry, physics and English.
- Those who have 3 years Diploma course after SSC or intermediate commerce and arts examination are also eligible.
- Some institutes require only 10+2 with any subject.
- Some institutes may conduct entrance examinations as well.

In order to get admission in VIT, you need to appear for VITEEE exam and based on its rank, you can take admission in any of the B.Tech programmes.

Just focus on your academics and maintain 75 percent attendance or it will just deduct your 10 marks which will get backlogs in all your subjects. There are 2 internals and 1 external. Every week, there are CES and if you don't submit any document on time or the examination fees, they will charge you 1000 INR. You cannot wear informal, you have to just wear formals and if you are found wearing jeans then they will fine you 500 rupees.
