As per your query, it seems that you wish to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program, so regarding this please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleat 50% marks in graduation plus you need to take various management entrance tests like CAT,MAT,XAT, SNAP,etc.
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 2-3 years after graduation and then opt for a full time MBA or PGDM program, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.

afmc conduct itx own entrance test bt along wit it u have to give all india nedical test too if u ll be qualifyd in it then afmc will allow u to attend there exam .as this year students who got gud ranking in NEET UG are colld fo afmc exam.
