If NJ means New Jersey.I can tell some universities universities are better.
Princeton University
Rutgers,The state university of New york
New jersey institute of technology
Seton Hall university
Montclair state university
These universities are the best universities in New jersey.
I suggest studying instead of those universities IIT's lot better than those universities.If you are planing for princeton university it is Ok! good but rest of the universities are tackled by our prestigious institute IIT's

I think Manish you want to ask if you need to repeat XIIth std to get more percentage marks. If this is what you want to ask then my suggestion would be NOT to do this because unless you got lower marks last time due to some specific reason (like illness etc.), you might not score very high when you repeat XIIth. You have not mentioned your subjects. If they are science subjects then you may think of changing the subjects in the college to those of humanities. Wasting an year a school level for any academically average student is not a good idea.
