XLRI does not require any minimum graduation percentage unlike the IIMS however they generally prefer 75 percent minimum and these will be counted during you GDPI sessions. For details related to cut off please check this link:

The level of mathematics is a bit high in the first second, and third semester as after that you won't have mathematics. Whatever you read in class 11th and class 12th is there as syllabus but the standard is 2 steps higher.

You have many choices after doing your Intermediate in MEC. You can go for B.Com, BBA, CA, CS, ICWA, CFA etc. CA, CS, ICWA, CFA. All these are professional courses. While B.Com and BBA are normal graduate courses which may need a supporting Post Graduate degree like MBA, M.Com etc. Good luck.
