Seeking a Master's degree in any field depends on what you plan as your future career. If you wish to further pursue a career in Engineering, then you should go for a M.E. at the same time if you wish to enhance your technical Engineering knowledge for building strong business connections & networking, then pursuing an MBA is the idlest option for you. Salary packages differ in both respects.

For more information on German Universities, request you to visit the nearest DAAD office. DAAD is officially authorized to provide information about education in Germany. They have offices in major cities in India.
If possible go for a German language course as it will help you find a part time job. A student in Germany can work 90 full days.
Also education in Germany is government funded so you might have to give a minimal fee ranging from Euro 140-500.

MP Public Service Commission (MPPSC) is the administrative as well as independent body that is responsible for the recruitment of candidates to various service posts in the state by holding competitive examination. Apart from this, the commission is also reckoned for framing rules and regulations and initiating disciplinary actions as when required.
Eligibility for MPPSC :
** The candidate must be a citizen of India.
** Degree of any of the universities recognized by the government of Madhya Pradesh.
** Professional and technical qualifications which are recognized by the State Government as equivalent to professional and technical.
** A candidate must have attained the age of 21 years and must not have attained the age of 30 years on 1st January next following the date of commencement of the competitive examination.
