Since you are confident about your communication skills, and also that you show your interest in marketing and advertising, then I would strongly recommend you to pursue MBA in Marketing. This will help you in two ways. One, You will acquire managerial skills, and two, you will be better aware of the market strategies and the associated skills required, so that you can appear for interviews offering higher packages. Coming from a technical background might make it difficult for you to justify your interest in the marketing profile, though it is not impossible. So, I guess an MBA would be the best option. Good Luck !
