Philippines as an option for MBBS is a good one. Neda has very well pointed the benefits of studying in Philippines and they are true for quality Universities in Philippines. I would however caution you that there are quite a few colleges in Philippines that are recruiting overseas students beyond their capacity. I mean that if they have got 100 MBBS seats, they are recruiting beyond these seats and compromising on the quality of education. This apart the MCI screening test is another hurdle that you need to cross to practice in India. All in all, MBBS from Philippines is not a bad choice after all, considering the investments

As both the courses are good but opting for Bcom but I would like to suggest that as you have already completed ITI (industrial training institute) in MMV (motor mechanic vehicle) opting for diploma in automobile will be a better decision then you can also take admission in different institutes by giving LEET (Lateral Entrance Examination Test).
Bcom is entirely a different domain so pursuing diploma in automobile will be a better option.
