Diljeet, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you feel you are ready to compete with the BTechs and BCA-MCA then you can go ahead. you can go for .Net / C# if you are good in programming. No its not compulsory to pursue BBA only to get into mba. Condition is you have to be a graduate with 50 % marks atleast.
plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
The selection process in B-schools generally consists of :
A. Past Academic record.
B. Scores in entrance tests.
C. Group Discussion.
D. Personal Interview.
