No Naturopathy and Ayurveda aren't same even if both vibe with natural healing. They've got totally different mindsets and methods.
Naturopathy is more like 'let your body do its thing'. It focuses on self-healing, lifestyle changes, and stopping sickness before it starts.
Ayurveda is OG Indian system. It's all about balancing three doshas - Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. When those go off balance, that's when health problems kick in.

No AIIMS Delhi does not offer direct, dedicated degree courses in Naturopathy (like BNYS).
While AIIMS has a Center for Integrative Medicine and Research (CIMR) that focuses on research and holistic healthcare including Yoga and Ayurveda they do not provide Naturopathy courses.
