Rather, I would suggest you to go for an MS or PG diploma in management.

Hi, in todays time there are endless career options open in front of you.But first you need to decide on your priority.Either after completing your B.Tech degree,if you are economically efficient and don't need a job,go for your further studies. A specialization will always earn you more salary as well as priority during interviews and of course sound grip over subject.Or you can find some job.
If you prefer continue studying, you can opt for P.G course like M.S/ M.Tech,Finance related courses like MBA. If you are ready to go outside India and financially sound you can prefer M.S. You need to appear for GRE/TOEFL for doing M.S in Foreign countries.

In order to pursue studies in Canada, you need to take either IELTS or TOEFL, both of these exams are taken by all the international students whose first or native language is not English.
Both IELTS and TOEFL has 4 section namely:
*Reading
*Writing
*Speaking
*Listening
TOEFL (Test of English as Foreign Language) is of 120 marks, and all the good universities requires 80-90 plus score.
IELTS (International English Language Testing System) is of 9 bands, and all the good universities requires 6.5-7 bands plus score.
With your score it will be very difficult for you to get admission, so it would be advisable for you to take either TOEFL or IELTS again and try to score good marks, so that you can pursue your education in Canada.

JDBC is a set of classes and interfaces written in Java that allows Java programs to send SQL statements to a database like Oracle.
Oracle provides three categories of JDBC drivers:
JDBC Thin Driver (no local SQL*Net installation required/ handy for applets)
JDBC OCI for writing stand-alone Java applications
JDBC KPRB driver (default connection) for Java Stored Procedures and Database JSPs.
All three drivers support the same syntax and APIs. Oracle needs three drivers to support different deployment options. Looking at the source code, they will only differ in the way you connect to the database. Remember, you must use a JDBC version that matches the version of your Java Development Kit.

Oracle's JDBC Thin driver uses Java sockets to connect directly to Oracle. It provides its own TCP/IP version of Oracle's SQL*Net protocol. Because it is 100% Java, this driver is platform independent and can also run from a Web Browser (applets).
There are 2 URL syntax, old syntax which will only work with SID and the new one with Oracle service name.
