Having been a Voice and Accent Trainer, with the BPO industry, for over 10 years, let me make a mention that, voice process, is gradually moving away from India, to countries like Philippines and China. You have not mentioned your job profile. I strongly suggest, you look at high end areas like, KPO, RPO, etc. These functions require professional qualification. As far as India is concerned, most of the processes come from US or UK. I really do not feel the necessity to learn a foreign language, at this point of time. You can however look at learning the Chinese Language, which should help you in the near future.
