Yes you can get admission in three years of Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering. The admission criteria may be varying in states. However the major admissions in Diploma courses are based on 10th marks and an Entrance exam conducted by respective state board technical education.

As per the information available on JU's website, Admission to undergraduate programmes in the FET is through the West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination, conducted by an independent body, followed by counseling. So the JEE Main scores are not applicable here. You have to participate and obtain a decent rank in WBJEE for getting admission here in B.Tech courses.
