MBA need graduation complete
first you can go for graduation in distance mode or regular mode and then you are eligible for MBA

there is some company demand AICTE or UGC approved college's passout student
and some don't demand
so its depend upon the company where you will apply
as you said now you are doing B.tech in EE so complete it
apply for job if you will get rejection from company that approval then I suggest you to start from small company they don't demand approval
may be it will help for you
