As for placements you are allowed to work for a stipulated time period of 20 hours per week on campus for the first 6 months and later you can work off campus for the same time duration. During your vacations you can work full time. Placements are available on your records that is your academic scores and previous work experience in the related field. In animation field we have around 9 to 11 domains, like 3D Modeling, texturing, rigging, lighting, 3D vfx and so on. though the over all field is known as 3D animation field , its actually consist of all those 9-11 different domains, which are equally important and independent and have good scope as a bright career.
