Oncology is a branch of medicine that deals with cancer. Oncology is concerned with the diagnosis of any cancer in a person, therapy, follow-ups etc.

If you have completed 12th in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as your subjects, you may go for MBBS. Only after completing MBBS, you may apply for Oncology course as it is a specialization pursued at post graduate level.

To be eligible, you should have an MBBS degree recognized from Medical Council of India. Rank obtained in the entrance exam forms the basis of admission. Some institutions may conduct a personal interview of the candidate.
