If you have completed 12th in Science with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as your subjects, you may go for MBBS. Only after completing MBBS, you may apply for Oncology course as it is a specialization pursued at post graduate level.

To be eligible, you should have an MBBS degree recognized from Medical Council of India. Rank obtained in the entrance exam forms the basis of admission. Some institutions may conduct a personal interview of the candidate.

But you need to choose based on what kind of a job you are looking for. Since you have completed your B.E you can either first go for a job in the interested area for some time like one to two years and thereafter go for higher studies. Or else you can also pursue higher studies along with job. Going in for a full time job is also an option available. You can go for the teaching field if interested. For that you need to first complete M.E. Then you need to appear for the NET exam. You can also take a PH.d. This area good for those interested in going for research field also. If you are not interested the programming field you can go for MBA also. There are various like HRM, Operations, Finance, IT, Marketing which you can select from. Further
Higher qualification in the same field will be beneficial. Choose a course depending up on the career path you have decided upon. With BE as your basic qualification, you can either choose to go for a job and gain some work experience and then go for ME after one or two years. You can also do both simultaneously through distant educations. After completing you ME there are lots of option a head of you. NET is one amongst them if you like to enter in to teaching. You can also pursue Ph.D. This will help you to enter in to research field. MBA is another after BE. This will help you to get an entry level managerial join in a good company.
