If you want to make your career in banking sector, I suggest you to for IBPS exam. You can start your career from IBPS PO. The salary of IBPS PO after 7th commission will be around 40k. Apart from your IELTS scores, your academics will be counted too. There are individual requirements which are specific to a university. You need to check these requirements depending on what you want to study and in which college. Unfortunately, 4.5 is not accepted anywhere. You might have to retake IELTS.
