Hello Pooja,
MS Ramaiah College has separate department of placements. This department takes keen interest in seeing that majority of the students are placed. They even provide training to the students to appear for the interview and clear it so that they are placed. However the information regarding placements after M.Tech or after B.Tech or for different branches of engineering is not readily available. For your benefit, I am attaching a link that will give you information about placements done at MSRIT:

I think there is no university that provides UG admission without +2 in regular mode. But you can try for distance education. But for PG, you need to provide your entire educational details.
