You can not do two PG degrees simultaneously. Universities may not allow this unless they have dual degree program. You may do one regular PG degree and register for second PG degree by distance learning. But this arrangement may be very taxing for you.

The cut-off for MAT, CMAT is same as everyone applies through these under All India seats, cut-off last year was 99.96 percentile. Cut-off for OBC category under HU category was around 99.20 percentile.
