The average package offered was between INR 6 and 8 LPA. 100% of the students get internships at this college. After completing the course, one must do an internship for one year and then attempt an MD or MS through the PG entrance exam. The passed students of this college after 4th year are eligible to get internships in their hospitals. Osmania Medical College students secure the highest packages of up to INR 12 Lacs per annum.

Hi. MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery at the UG level at Osmania Medical College is a 5 and half years course that include 12 months of internship offered . To get admitted to MBBS - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery course at OMC, applicants must meet the entry requirements - 50.0% in 12th.
Candidate must have passed in Physics, Chemistry, Biology/Biotechnology, and English individually and must have obtained 50% percentage taken together in Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology.

Admission in MBBS programs is granted on the basis of marks scored in the NEET UG exam which is held by NTA .National Exit Test (NExT) is a combined single-window exam for MBBS students to qualify for admission into postgraduate courses as well as to obtain the license to practice medicine in India. The exam is to be held in two steps to check theoretical and practical knowledge of candidates. Once implemented, NExT will replace multiple exams including NEET PG and FMGE.

MD course admission :

At Osmania Medical College, admissions to MD are offered on the basis of merit in the NEET PG exam. The institute provides 19 specialisations under MD. Some of the popular courses include Radiotherapy, Respiratory Care Technology, Pulmonary Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Anatomy, and more.
