Scholarships available at Dr. Lankapalli Bullayya College: 
Jagananna vidya deevana and jaganannna vasathi deevana scholarship are provided by the government of AP.
Jagananna Vidya Deevena provides fee reimbursement for students from economically backward classes, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, minorities, and differently-abled categories. Students must have an annual family income of less than INR 2.5 lakh.

The extracurricular activities and clubs available at Dr. Lankapalli Bullayya College are :

• Computer Club : The objective is to tap the hidden talent amongst the students and showcase. Apart from regular curriculum, the conduct of such activities help the student in overall development and nurture their skills .These activities act as stress-busters for the students as well as the Faculty. It is proposed to conduct the events every two years.
• The college emphasizes on and encourages Sports, NCC, NSS to a great extent. We have a large pool of talented sportsmen / women who have brought laurels to the college. Talent in Sports students are recognised and offered scholarships. The college offers on-campus NCC training in all the three wings. Army, Navy and Air Force. We also have an NSS unit on the campus that inculcates in students the sense of service.
• Cyber-Geeks: This club was started in 2016 by the MCA Dept. to conduct Technical events such as Tech-Quiz, Tech-Talk, Paper Presentation, Seminars, Group Discussions.
• Number of events conducted during 'Carnival Fest ' are Rangoli, Mehendi, Cooking
• Art and Crafts, Antakshari, Skits, Dumbcharads, Poster & Charts preparation.
• Carnival Fest : The maiden event was kick started in October for two weeks. The large population of 250 + students in the Computer Science Dept. PG (MCA and M.Sc (cs) participated enthusiastically in almost 15 events. Students also played cricket matches.
• Valedictory : Valedictory function was held as a grand mega event. Prizes distributed to all the Winner and Runner-up Teams. Few consolation prizes and special prizes were given for extraordinary performances in individual categories.

Yes, there is a placement cell at Dr. Lankapalli Bullayya College and it is very active. It takes the responsibility to get employment opportunities for the students.
