The College of Engineering Vadakara (CEV) provides several scholarship options, but it does not offer a full 100% scholarship to all students. Meritorious students, particularly those belonging to economically backward classes, are eligible for scholarships. Scholarships from the Kerala State Government are also available. These include the Kerala State Merit Scholarship and the Post-Matric Scholarship for SC/ST students. Institute has state of the art Central Computing Center.The facility serves as the key point of computing resources, which are shared by all the departments and offices of the College. 

Library facilities are available in  campus.The Library is fully automated using KOHA open software.

Hostel is running inside the campus with a capacity of 200 students. 

A fullfledged canteen running in the college premises on contract basis on subsidized rates. 

The college having a registered co –operative store run under an elected board. All kinds of stationery materials required for students and staff are available in the co-operative store at reduced price.

Cafeteria : A cafeteria having an area of 90sqm is running under co operative store.

At College of Engineering Vadakara, admissions to After 10th Diploma are offered on the basis of merit in the CBSE 10th exam. Candidate should have passed SSLC/THSLC (10th standard) or equivalent exam with Mathematics, English and Science subjects.
