If you are looking to apply to US Universities first of all you need to have a 4 year degree in case you don't have a 4 year degree then you can go for a one year PG Diploma program Approved by UGC or AICTE, apart from this you need to have work experience and a good GMAT score. Your academic records also hold importance but if you get a high score on GMAT and have good amount of work experience (like in your case you have 5 years of experience) you can definitely apply to US Universities as they don't have any minimum cut off as far as graduation is concerned. If you talk about Indian Universities you may face difficulty as the Entrance Examination like CAT would require you to have 50% marks in your graduation through a recognized University.
