Well after MCA its better if you start working this will enhance your practical knowledge however after MCA you may go for MS in Computer application from Australia however it also depends upon your interested like if you are interested in some short term programming courses, hardware courses etc then you may go to Australia however VISA is also an issue for short term programs.

If you have impressive credentials which exceed the university's expectations, you would get a scholarship without any problem. There are plenty scholarship opportunities available.
You can look into the scholarship offered by TOEFL for Indian students. Once you take the TOEFL and score 100+, you would have to submit a scholarship essay and if TOEFL feels your a potential candidate, they would grant you the scholarship. For further
