Its good to know that, you wish to pursue MBA from USA, as you mentioned that you are working in a bank for past 1 year, so you should continue working there for some more years, please remember to get admission in good and top B schools in US, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.

US and UK are among the best study destination to pursue undergraduate degree, there are many good universities in these two countries, which offers undergraduate degree in various fields, such as:
Engineering.
Management and many more fields.
To pursue undergraduate degree from US and UK, you need to have:
Good academic record, preferably 60% plus in 12th.
Relevant 12th degree from recognized education board.
TOEFL score of 80-90 plus or IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
SAT score of 1700-1800 plus.
