Now coming to job, so please remember in the present day scenario, job situation in US is not very promising due to global economic turmoil and recession, and in this period of economic recession financial sector was the most affected.
How ever as there are many national and international companies operating in India, so getting a good job after MBA form US, should not be a problem, please remember getting a job depends entirely on the knowledge level and calibre of the student.
To pursue MBA from universities in US, you need to have:
16 (10+2+4) years of education, with good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
At least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
TOEFL score of 85-90 plus.

Its good to know that, you wish to pursue MBA from USA, as you mentioned that you are working in a bank for past 1 year, so you should continue working there for some more years, please remember to get admission in good and top B schools in US, you need to have atleast 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
How ever about job I would say that, in the present day scenario, job situation in US is not very promising due to recession and during this time of recession financial and banking sector was most affected.
How ever as you wish to pursue your career in finance and banking sector, you can opt for finance as your specialization in MBA.
