Well Yes you have been rightly guided by MSK70515 about Germany as one of the best destination of studying Technical courses. Also, education in Germany is government funded so there is a possibility that you might have to give a minimal fee ranging from euro 140-500.

UK, is one of the finest study destination to pursue MBA, a MBA degree from universities in UK is world wide accepted and acknowledged.
To pursue MBA from universities in UK, you need to have:
15 (10+2+3) years of education, with good academic record, preferably 60%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
At least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
Universities in UK have 2 admission intake in a year, namely:
Fall (August) intake.

Good academic record, preferably 65%-70% plus in graduation.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.
At least 2-3 years of full time work experience after graduation.
GMAT score of 500-600 plus.
IELTS score of 6-7 bands plus.
With your profile it would be difficult for you to get admission in good universities. so it would be advisable for you to pursue post graduation in India and try to score at least 65% plus, so that you can apply for good universities abroad.
