No, getting yourself enrolled into 2nd year of a course at an organisation isn't that easy and for further information regarding it you can only do one thing and that is to enquire it yourself from the respective organisation in which you want to get admitted.

Firstly pursuing not just MBA but any other PG programme in Germany is completely free of cost (except for a few colleges especially in Munich). All you need to do is pay the basic admission charges and you can pursue your MBA in Germany itself. But I get your issue that you may not be able to attend the classes as you may be working full time. Pursuing MBA in finance from India sounds not as good as doing the same in Germany itself. BIT Mesra admissions are purely entrance-based. It offers BTech, BPharm, BArch, BHMCT at the UG level. BIT Mesra selects students for the BTech and BPharm program on the basis of JEE Main/ NEET scores. JEE Main 2022 Phase 1 is scheduled from June 23 to 29. Phase 2 examination will be held from July 21-30. NEET 2022 examination will be conducted on July 17, 2022. BArch admissions are done on the basis of NATA 2022 scores. Results for the Phase 1 have been announced on June 20. Phase 2 and 3 examination will be held on July 7 and August 7, respectively.
