Doing MDS would be a better option at this stage. During the 3 years of MDS most of the work is treating the patients and learning about the new diseases and their cures. It would be better if MDS is done from a Govt Medical college because the number of cases coming in their hospitals (i.e. the patients) are more than those in the private medical colleges.
