Hello, Yes, you can pursue the clinical research after the b.sc in chemistry. To do research one will have to have graduated with a post doctoral degree. The prospects after PhD increase exponentially.

40% unfortunately is too low for any foreign university, let alone Canada. Please understand that you must qualify to pursue higher education and certain norms must be met. The only possible way is to pursue your Bachelor's or diploma India and perform well academically before applying abroad.
