In order to pursue masters degree from universities in Germany you need to have relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university with good academic record preferably 70%-80% plus in graduation plus you need to take below mentioned tests:
1. GRE.
2. TOEFL or IELTS.
For admission in masters degree in German universities you need to have GRE score of 300-320 plus and IELTS score of 7 with no individual band below 6.5 or TOEFL score of 90 with no band less than 20.
The eligibility criteria for admission may vary from university to university.
