Having good grades in 12th is important. Foreign students must also take IELTS or TOEFL. You must take SAT if the university requires. I am afraid the date for filling up application forms for the appreciation of JEE Mains examination is now over. As the examination is being conducted in the month of April in multiple sessions I am doubtful if National testing agency will extend the final date of application. Selection is done on the basis of merit and entrance examination score on ratio of 50:50 for students of SPPU.

B.Sc Agriculture or Bachelor of Science in Agriculture is an undergraduate Agriculture Science and Technology course. The duration of this course is four years. Acc to me, Not that good. You should go for other colleges (best Ones also) which are mainly for B. Des course like NID, IDC IIT Bombay, DY patil, Pune, etc.
