You are eligible to apply for AIBS in Hyderabad. You can do Diploma in Cosmetology or M.Sc.in Cosmetology. For M.Sc. you need to be a graduate; post M.Sc.you can become a Dietician as well.

there is need to become a researcher for become a scientist , you can join technical education after bcom like MCA or MSC after that you can go in research field like MPhil , Ph.d , there are also many exam for certification , and in research field

you can doe M.ed or do MBA, MCA at the base of your graduation degree , at the base of your master degree you can not do any course there is need to have more than 50% marks to get admission in higher education

you need to have minimum 50% marks in graduation and if there is any score for MAT or CAT then it is an advantage when you get admission

Why you want to move to Software industry? What are the reasons? Ask these questions to yourself honestly. Personally I will not suggest to go ahead with this, if you are looking at this from the money perspective.
Further if you want to move to software industry, then you either start by learning a programming language, probably doing a mobile or web application development course.
OR
You as you have experience in the teaching and particualrly english, you can try out to be a trainer in the L&D (Learning and Development) department of various BPO's.
