Mechanical engineering.

Architecture and many more. It depends on your interest.
But for engineering, you have to crack JEE Mains and JEE Advanced and for architecture, you have to pass NATA exam. So, best of luck.

Your MAT Score is not mandatory because IIHMR conducts its own exam too (IIHMRU-MAT), therefore you would be taken by the university right away. As every university give preference to Experienced people, either it is IIHMR or any other university.

First, I would like you to be more positive. Why expect less than 50%? JEE Mains can give you admission in NITs or CFTIs and it is basically for IITs. Ranking depends to a great extent on your performance in the exam and to a limited extent on the scores of other students. Better the rank, better the institute you will get.
