AAFT (Asian Academy of Film & Television) offers a dedicated M.Sc. in Cinema with specialisation in Post-Production that emphasizes hands-on editing, sound design, color grading and real projects with showreel creation, making it solid for technical skills and portfolio building in post-production work.  Lovely Professional University (LPU) provides an M.Sc. in Film and TV Production with broad training across filmmaking including editing, cinematography and production workflows; it's well-equipped and industry-oriented but more general in scope rather than purely editorial specialization.  “Mumbai University” itself doesn't widely list a flagship M.A. specifically in editing, though colleges affiliated with it (like Usha Pravin Gandhi College offering media degrees) provide film/media courses; many serious film students in Mumbai instead choose specialised institutes (e.g., Whistling Woods, FTII, Seamedu) for postgraduate filmmaking and editing excellence.  Overall, for editing-focused mastery, AAFT's specialised post-production programme is the strongest, LPU is strong as a broader filmmaking master's, and Mumbai University options might be weaker unless you pair them with strong industry internships or more specialised Mumbai film schools.
