I think you should go with B.Sc. Statistics, because B.Sc. Data Science students have big competition with B.Tech CSE students and most of the companies prefers to select the B.Tech CSE students in place of B.Sc. Students.

There are many colleges like SIIB, SITM which have Kashmir migrant quota. Though if you are looking for Delhi NCR colleges IILM University gurugram can be a option, though they do not have any quota but offers scholarship for Jammu & Kashmir Domicile students.

Try to score as high as possible in CAT if you really want to do an MBA. That should be the first step. It is not impossible but would be difficult considering 12th and graduation marks. But if an MBA is the way ahead, first focus on CAT and leave this aside.
