Important is not just faculty is from IIM's, but the experience they bring in, secondly its faculty has spent considerable time in corporate jobs and hence know what is required and above all how to mentor students' talent.
Keyword is grooming potential of a student
They are always inclined towards a meaningful and intellectual discussion as it helps in informed decisions by students/parents, as one's career is at stake.

First of all do not wait and take admission to B.Com Regular Course from a good Coolege and University so that you can get good education. I have heard about some special classes for Banking only (unable to recall at this moment). Try to find out that and do it side by side so that you can best prepare yourself for the competition. Best of luck for your wish to come true. Become a Bank Manager soon so that I can apply for the Loan.!!!
