HI Annapurna, you can apply for admission and may even get accepted but NZ High Commission will demand IELTS. Hence, it is better than you appear for IELTS or try in countries that accept TOEFL like USA, UK, Canada, Singapore. All these countries have intake in September. While the intake in Nz is in July.

Hi Kanav, Lancaster University is basically a Management based University and Anglia Ruskin is a all rounder Univ with a variety of courses. Lancaster being a management school is very good for all IT courses also. They have a Infolab 21 where a large scale research and development is going on in collaboration with the world's top companies. The courses are industry based. Also, if you take a look at the ranking, Lancaster stands much above Anglia Ruskin.
