In order to pursue MBA or PGDM from AICTE approved institutes and recognized university, you need to be:
Graduate in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
Relevant undergraduate degree from recognized university.

Well there are many good colleges in Rajasthan as mentioned by aru.chopra . However, as you have mentioned Best, then I would request you to widen your search and be open to all the options available throughout India!

Well, you say you want a job, but you don't want to do a job and you want indepedent work. Good. Little confusing but perfectly OK. MY Advice - (1) do a job under a strict boss (2) he will make you work, make you disciplined, make you understand the work culture. (3) Then, say after 1-2 years, you can plan your own consultancy. This way your all wishes (1) you want a job (2) you don't want to do a job (3) you want indepedent work will get fullfilled. The experience earned during job will help you when you become entrepreneur.
