The Thiagarajar College of Engineering (TCE) in Madurai has a variety of courses with different fees: 

• B.Tech: INR 82,000 for four years
• B.E.: INR 82,000 for four years
• B.Arch.: INR 56,650 for the first year
• M.E.: INR 50,000
• M.C.A.: INR 36,650 for three years
• M.Tech.: INR 50,000 for two years

Ph.D.: Application date eligibility is post graduation

M.Arch.: Cut off ranking is #23 by NIRF

The average fees for these courses are: 

• B.Tech: INR 3,08,650 for four years
• M.Tech: INR 1,83,250 for two years
• B.Arch: INR3,76,650 for five years
• MCA: INR 1,57,050 for three years

The hostel fee isINR 89,000 per year for a two-seater room. The self-supporting course fee is approximately INR 60,700 to INR 82,000 per year. 

I think that if you wanna build a strong career in Automobile Engineering, then it is really not possible to do it directly after 10th, your basics are not clear, you have no knowledge, so it is not possible after 10th, you first need to complete your 12th class and you can choose to do that in Non-Medical stream (Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics) in your 11th and 12th. This stream is required to take admission in a Bachelor's degree in Automobile Engineering like B.E. or B.Tech.

Completing 12th with Non-Medical will open many doors for you. You can apply to good colleges for a proper engineering degree in Automobile and I can also suggest you one university for Automobile i.e. Chandigarh University. 

The curriculum provides coverage from conceptualization and designs of vehicle parts to their testing for safety and performance. Students get hands-on practical experience in various specialised labs such as AutoCAD with CREO PTC, Automotive Electronics, Vehicle Maintenance Centres. Current trends discussed in the programme cover Electric and Hybrid Vehicles, Automation, Green Manufacturing, and Alternate Fuels like Biodiesel and Hydrogen.
