Definitely, CSE. It has more scope in comparison to ECE. But, I suggest you to choose field according to your interest either than scope choose which in which you have passion and interest.

Once you qualify the exam, you will be called for interview and if you qualify the interview then you can apply in the college. Better. Go for good institutes. You must have 50% marks in graduation (any stream). Apart from this you need to clear any national level entrance exam. Many colleges offer this course in India.
