Enhance communication skills: Extempore and Personal Interview round assesses the candidate's communication skills. The TISS Online Assessment round is divided into two stages: Extempore reflection and Personal Interview. The Online Assessment will be conducted for 20-30 minutes. In the Extempore round of the TISS Online Assessment, candidates will be asked to present a reflection on a given topic in front of the three panel members. The extempore round will be conducted online via Zoom application. The topic will be in accordance with the program applied for. Candidates will have to present the reflection for a duration of two to three minutes. In case, candidates are not comfortable with the first topic, they can request for second chance and change the topic. However, candidates will not be given a third chance to change the topic.
