XIM University offers hostel facility to its students. The Student Residence
Administration fee per semester is INR 10,000 and Student Residence fee for
double sharing room is INR 25,000. Thus, hostel fee is INR 35,000 per semester. Hostel facility is optional for students.

International students enrolled in the Autumn semester have a higher chance of getting housing via the Student Welfare Organization. Students do not have apply separately for this housing (Sit). If the students are selected, the students will receive a booking code directly from Sit.  

NTNU does not own any housing residences of its own. But they can live in student villages in Trondheim. These student villages are managed by the Student Welfare Organization (Sit).
