Hi, although it is a 3 years Diploma, institutes prefer degree for MBA
second, the online MBA is not a viable option, better you should opt for Executive Management programme from institutes like IIM, XLRI

CAT is the most prestigious name for students seeking to get admission in MBA, thats why it needs more devoted studies. Its very hard to prepare for CAT at home because at the home you only prepared for written exam as general but CAT doesnt give you chance for mistake because even a single mistake will make 100s of difference in your rank.

Hi Shrinath,
Generally, in India it is difficult to get transfers be it college transfer or branch transfer. However, it would be on the discretion of the University or Institute you are studying in so, I would suggest you to directly get in touch with the Administrative staff of your college, as there is the possibility that if they have an availability of seat you may get entry.
Hope this resolves your query. Feel free to put up more queries In case your query is resolved please close this question by choosing it as a "best answer" or pressing the "thumbs up" icon.
Thanks,
Pooja
