Dear Nitin, It depends on several things.
If you are ready to forword your study as Technologist then go for M Tech or If you want to become Techno Managerial Field then go for MBA in respective field.
Both of this field are highly paid.
If you want to shift your career after B Tech you may look for Masters in Instructional Designing /Education .etc.
Its all depend on you.
