Dear Saloni,
You have a good score in JEE Mains and I hope you will be scoring heavily in JEE Advanced too. Well, you will only be able to participate in the central counselling after your second paper's result declaration which is scheduled on 23rd June.
As far as the non-NITs and non-IITs are concerned, there are few good colleges. Thapar University, DTU (DCE earlier), LPU etc are there. You will easily get LPU with your score with scholarships provided by University based on your CBSE percentage.
