Selecting a college is purely and entirely your decision. It would be tough to state a college as the best as every college has it's own plus and minus points.
- While selecting, you need to keep in mind the chief point that is to check the recognition whether the college is AICTE / UGC approved or not.
As per the official website of Chandigarh Engineering College - "CEC is accreditation by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA) established by AICTE."
- Other than this, you also need to check year of establishment, batch size, syllabus, faculty, fees, placements etc.

Hi, You can program Android using Java or C+. Java (the SDK) is the default but C+ is possible also (using the NDK). At the SDK and NDK level, Android is essentially not the same thing as Linux. Android is a good option.
Whereas if you opt .net then there are lots of job openings for the same.
