All Good. But, not for serious learners, classes are not regular and affiliated. Colleges doesn't have regular attendance. It is good for those students, those just want to earn some degrees. It provides a wide range of programs but one should study from his own end and should not totally depend on the University. University of Rajasthan is also good for distance learners because they just need to pay exam fee once enrolled. And, syllabus is easy and scoring good is not very hard. Overall, the university is good from facilities point of view but from academics point of view it is quite okay.
Choice is yours.

IMT gives weightage to 10th,12th, graduation, work experience and entrance exam scores. You have good marks in 10th and 12th. I would say you have a good chance if you score well in the entrance exams and try to score as much in the graduation as much as possible. All the best!

Yes, with 96% in PCM and 2093 rank in LPUNEST, you can easily get CSE at LPU and may also be eligible for a good scholarship. Your profile is strong for admission.

Getting around ₹10 LPA is possible, especially in CSE, but it depends on your coding skills, projects, internships, and interview performance. Top students do achieve such packages.

Faculty are generally supportive and guide students in academics, projects, and placements. Overall, you are in a good position - if you stay consistent with skills and practice, you can get very good outcomes.
