Good colleges and institutes for interior design in India are pearls academy, DU, IIT, etc. But there'are some good private universities that are also there like, IILM University, Gurugram. They offer a degree programme B. Des with Interior Design for 4 years with an added advantage of Liberal Education in their curriculum with good and advanced pedagogy in teaching. If what you are looking for is scope and salary I would suggest that you take BS(research program) instead of btech CSE. Syllabus consist of 70% practical and only 30% theory. It is a good option but why are you not doing B Tech. If you decide to do BTech after Diploma you will require another two years to be a graduate.

No, minimum eligibility criteria for admission in SIBM is 50% which you don't have so there are no chances for you in SIBM.
