If you have not taken CLAT and want an admission in any of the private law schools of the country, then Symbiosis, Amity and Jindal are really good options.
Other universities like KIIT, Alliance, Christ, Lloyd, etc. are also doing well.

No, we don't have air-conditioned rooms here in IIT, Delhi. We were not even allowed to keep our own air coolers until last year. Although, every hostel has an air conditioned common room, but 1 common room for a hostel of 450-500 residents is not that comfortable. All the classrooms and labs are air conditioned though.
