I would strongly recommend that he completes the 10th standard. That becomes a great foundation and leads to a good sense of satisfaction too. It gives a proper head start. After that, he can choose certificate courses or Diploma courses. Or do the +2 and then Bachelors. Let him choose a field based on the interest and job prospects if he wishes to. Wish you the best. Complete 10+2. Then, you could do a Bachelors in Travel and tourism. There are certificate courses and Diploma courses too instead of Bachelors. But, if you would like to do travel and tourism since its your passion then why not a full fledged Bachelors. During course of study look for internships. Because hands on along with theoretical studies gives confidence.
