Well, my advice would be even if you could, you shouldn't. The course is very vast with practicals which will overlap and exam datasheets which would overlap. Next thing it is not allowed anywhere in any university. You can read the eligibility criteria to get answer.

For the admission into BA LLB. You have to give:
CLAT for NLUS
AILET for NLU Delhi
CET for GGSIPU
APLAWCET for university in A. P. KLAWCET for university in Karnataka.
BHU, JMI AMU conduct their own exams. You can also try in private. Universities accepting CLAT score and would also conduct their own exam, recommended are Amity University and Galgotias University.
You can also try for Indian law institute in Delhi.

HBTU longer a part of UPTU since 2017, it is now became a deemed university. They will not accept your admission on the basis of UPSEE rank. They are accepting scores in JEE Mains for admissions.

Both are good, If you want to just go with B.Tech then you can take B.Tech CSE. Or if you want both UG and Master degree then go with M.Tech Integrated. Both are excellent in terms of placements.
